After law school, Mr. Schoeppey joined a major defense law firm and defended business, insurance and medical companies. Within two years, Mr.
Schoeppey realized that his heart was in to helping individuals fight large insurance companies and he has been doing that ever since.
Mr. Schoeppey has tried cases all over the state of Texas, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Galveston, Corpus Christi, Henderson and San Antonio.
He has represented Plaintiffs in cases involving 18-wheeler collisions, premises injuries, medical malpractice, negligent security cases, dog bite injuries, deceptive trade practices, insurance bad faith, product liability and numerous automobile collisions. Mr. Schoeppey continues to fight for individuals and their rights.
Mr. Schoeppey is licensed to practice in the State of Texas in both state and Federal courts.
