Kacie Starr is a motivated advocate whose diligent and extensive practice of the law began long before her licensure and aggressively continues. Ms. Starr graduated from South Texas School of Law and was licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas in 2007.
While attending one of the Nation’s premiere law schools for trial advocacy, Ms. Starr was recognized by her peers, her state, and her country as “the best” for both written and oral advocacy. In practice, she has become intimately familiar with all aspects of litigation, taking the lead on depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals in numerous states, including Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Outside of the office, Ms. Starr contributes to the University of Texas School of Law as a member of the adjunct faculty specializing in trial advocacy.
Ms. Starr is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of Texas, as well as the United States Districts Courts for the Western, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas.
