According to a report, an 83 year old woman was attacked and killed after a dog attacked her in San Antonio. This is obviously an uncommon result to a dog attack, but it brings up many concerns, considering San Antonio has about 150,000 dogs who roam the city streets because of negligence owners. These attacks are particularly scary, because you can’t always find someone to sue when the dogs attack. If you don’t know who the owner is, then it’s difficult to find someone who can pay for the damages.
