A man that has been accused of driving an 18 wheeler that killed seven motorcyclists two weeks ago apparently has an interesting RAP sheet. The 23-year-old, Volodymyr Zhukovskyy is no stranger to questionable activity. Back in February, New Hampshire got a call about an intoxicated man acting erratically near a Denny’s at 2:00 am. When the police arrived, they found Zhukovskyy who appeared to be under the influence of something. When the officers search him, they found a crack pipe. Zhukovsky was arrested for the possession of drug paraphernalia and was issued a fine.
Another interesting incident happened just over 2 months ago. Back in June, Zhukovskyy flipped his 18 wheeler. According to him, a car cut him off and he was forced to swerve to avoid the car. This caused him to flip his truck. No one was hurt, and there were no signs of intoxication so Zhukovskyy was sent on his way. According to the Baytown Police Department, there was no evidence of the car that apparently cut off Zhukovskyy.
Zhukovskyy is now facing charges of negligent homicide for the previously mention crash that killed 7 motorcyclists. The victims were members of a club that supported retired Marines and their spouses. The age of the members ranged from 42 to 62.
